Through its highly detailed structured glass surface, the panel absorbs and emits light, changing its colour it through an intricately detailed coloured layer under the glass surface. The structure of the glass in combination with the mirror backing make that the radiance panels absorb and then redistribute light as if it was light emitting. Normal reflections are not visible in the panel, however light travels and bounces, recoloured and redirected by the panel.
