Marc Meeuwissen works in Antwerp, Belgium and Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. After his study at the Academy of Art and Design, St. Joost, Breda he founded Absoluut Designers in 1990, a studio for graphic and 3-dimensional design, transformed to No-But in 2022. In 2012 Dear Objects was launched to present 3D projects on commission with an autonomous approach. In 2019 he chose to create completely autonomous work, unique works or objects in small editions under the same name. Brutalist architecture, typography, archetypes and storytelling are an important source of inspiration.
